Greek Salad

Ryan waited forever to let me get a picture of this meal. I blame it on his inability to not eat the meal as he is making it. Every time, I would say, “Let me take a picture” and he would reply “It doesn’t look blog worthy.”

I say, YEAH RIGHT! Greek Salad always looks blog worthy. The green and purple, red and white. The drizzled oil and spices. The tasty french bread waiting to be paired with every bite. Mm Mmm.

What You Need

First, there are no measurements, we use a handful of every item, varies on hunger level and whether its for one or all of us!

Kalamata Olives

Feta Cheese

Purple Onion


Cherry Tomatoes

Big Beef Tomato

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper

Fresh or Dried Basil

What You Do

Chop cherry tomatos in half and big beef tomatoes in quarters or eighths, depending on your bite size

Slice 1/2 cucumber and quarter each slice

Slice 1/2 onion in thin slivers

Mix tomatoes and cucumbers with olives and feta and fresh basil

Drizzle olive oil and top with salt and pepper

Mix generously
